According to SAI
The SAI exam voucher program is open to all students, faculty, and staff of educational institutions.   Students who have graduated from an educational institution within the past six months are also eligible.  In order to participate in the program, you must register for the Sun Academic Initiative (SAI) program.  Your school does not need to be listed as an SAI partner for you to participate.

First You have to request SAI Program Name and Program Id from below link

2- Click on "Register Complete the Registration form and Create your own
